If there are any mistakes in your order, please telephone or email us immediately. The email you receive is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. A Dispatch Note will be included with your order. By placing an order with BrightPlates you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. For card security reasons payment may be debited before the contract is formed. If your order is canceled by either party or ultimately rejected for any reason, a full refund will be made immediately using our secure online payment processing system. For the purposes of this agreement the dispatch of your order from our warehouses constitutes our acceptance of your order.
*** The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. You can still choose to cancel the order at this stage.
*** Refunds on items returned will be offered at the price paid at the time of purchase. Therefore, items bought on special offer will only be refunded at the special offer price.
*** All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
*** According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given BrightPlates express permission to do so.
*** Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. BrightPlates reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
*** BrightPlates reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.
*** If BrightPlates has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
*** Registering on ‘My Account’ is a feature that allows you to store previous purchase information, your delivery addresses and your product wishlist. Your billing and shipping addresses will also be stored however credit/debit card information is NOT stored. BrightPlates may use your purchase information for future offers or promotions.
